We ask our employees to complete a written qualifying exam, which we personally oversee in our offices, as well as require an intensive one-on-one interview with a team professional. A current TB skin test or chest x-ray and physical statement of health conditions must be presented before hire.

We orient our employees to our professional policies and procedures. They must attend on-going, in-service courses.

We leave a detailed care plan in the home for others to follow.

We take the extra step by conscientiously matching your personality and individual needs with your home care aide.

We provide an experienced healthcare professional (live person!) to answer your call after hours, on weekends and holidays who will talk directly to you! We pride ourselves on the availability of 24 hour on-call services for your peace of mind.

Remember, if your plans for your loved one need to be made from long distance, we will provide everything necessary to ensure their safe move home and the continuity of care.

Additionally for Medicare Patients…

We provide a nurse or therapist within twenty-four (24) hours of discharge from a medical facility.

We stay connected as a team during your entire care plan. Our nurses and therapists exchange ideas throughout your care, constantly striving to achieve your highest level of wellness and independence. We help you navigate through every step of the process.

We will assist in referring you to other supportive community services.
