Kim is a Registered Nurse who entered the health care field with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Marketing. She worked for many years at St. Vincent’s Hospital in the Coronary Care Unit. Wanting to hold onto the “people” part of her profession but also explore the business side, she worked for a major pharmaceutical company as well as an assisted living facility. When she opened Care Solutions in 1996 in a small office in Westborough, Massachusetts, Kim was able to fulfill her ultimate dream of providing quality, friendly home care services. Since then, the company has grown to include subsidiaries that provide private duty care, certified home care, and assisted living services. While earning a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Marketing, Brooke worked for a senior care organization and found the love of the geriatric continuum. After college, she experienced first-hand all facets of home health care. Out in the field screening patients and working in collaboration with care providers, she has always paid painstaking attention to ensure the highest level of care and continuity possible. Brooke has a strong belief that home care is the future of elder care and as such began putting her actions where her heart was. She is recognized as a compassionate and resolute leader in the senior community, as a benchmark for strong ideals and ways to enrich and streamline the home care process in the best interest of the patient. She has been instrumental in bringing positive change.

After graduating from college, Jennifer served as a coordinator for the Meals on Wheels Program in Worcester. When she joined us in 1998, her original role was Assistant to the Fiscal Director. She has vastly expanded her abilities to include administrative duties and the supervision of the financial departments of our companies. She has masterfully managed the on-call services. We take great pride in Jennifer’s role as the “human voice” at the other end of the phone on holidays and after hours. Jennifer's attention to responding to the expediency of the situation and her sensitivity to the callers set her apart.
Roz has worn many hats over the years that have given her the experience and confidence to work in many facets of the home health care field. Her 10 years experience as an elementary school teacher fine tuned her ability to see all points of view. She understands the overextended schedule of the “sandwich” generation as she worked hard to negotiate her life balancing her children, family and her parents. As a Media Buyer in a marketing agency, she worked directly with client, consumer and staff to accomplish deadlines and create timely service. Roz feels her former careers and personal experiences uniquely qualify her for working closely within the home care community.
